Shediac Wedding by Forest and Ocean
What can I say, except that I felt so BLESSED to be asked to be a part of this day. The bride told me they picked me because she knew I could help the groom feel relaxed, and get some shots without him making a weird face. Lol. I loved her confidence in me. It was such a tender, joyful day, with a lot of laughter! Tanya looked stunning in her low back lace wedding gown. Her bouquet held soft flowers with gently pinks and creams, and family and friends stood by them in their bridal party.
Because both the bride and groom were coming in to Moncton from out of town, I did the scouting for our photo locations on my own. Everyone was so happy with the beauty of this location, but also the variety it offered. Rocky ocean for the Cape Enrage loving groom, leafy greens of the forest, fields, and even some cute old barn buildings. The ceremony was intimate and sweet, and the Maid of Honor and Best man speeches were the best ever! (No bias there, promise;) But I think my favourite was the bride and groom's first dance: outside, by the pool, under the soft flowing fabric and gentle lights, in the early dusk. Yes, their first dance, and then grandma's dancing afterwards:)
